Data deletion instructions

You control the data Nth Audit holds about you. Here is how to stop access and how to have your data deleted.

Last updated 24 September 2026

1. Stop us reading your Meta account

Do either of these. The first is the quickest.

  1. Sign in to Nth Audit, open Settings, and click Disconnect next to your Facebook connection. This removes the stored Meta access token immediately.
  2. Or, on Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (also called “Apps and Websites”), find Nth Audit, and choose Remove. Meta then invalidates the permissions you granted.

2. Delete your data

To have your account and stored data deleted, email support@nth.build from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my data”. If you signed in with Facebook and no longer have access to that email, include your Facebook name and we will verify you another way.

Within 30 days we will delete:

  • your Meta and Page access tokens and Facebook user ID;
  • your ad account data, insights, creatives, and every report and export generated from them;
  • your business profile and preferences;
  • your sign-in account.

We will email you when it is done.

What we may keep

We may keep a limited record of payments and of your deletion request where the law requires (for example tax records) or to prove we honoured your request. This does not include your Meta data.
